DELIVERY POLICY

Not all products or areas are eligible for delivery; if your order is not eligible for delivery Insideout shall notify you as soon as possible and you must pick up the order at one of our stores.

We are unable to provide specific times for delivery. All delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to all matters beyond our control including acts of God, strikes, lockouts and delays by suppliers.

Please note that your delivery may take longer during holidays, sales, weekends, or other busy periods.

RETURN POLICY

We at Insideout thank you for your purchase. We are committed to ensuring your experience with us is always a pleasant one. If you have any issue or change of mind you may return this item within 14 days from the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

Returned items should be accompanied by the original receipt, unused, and in the original packaging with all applicable accessories and components. Consumables and opened personal products are non returnable. Insideout reserves the right to examine the products to validate the return.

This policy gives you specific right which may be complemented by local law.
